1. Time Limit for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order, without having to provide any reason.

2. Online Withdrawal Procedure

You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the digital function available at the bottom of this page.

• Complete the form below by entering your order number and the email address used for your purchase (this email address will also be used to send you confirmation of your withdrawal request and any subsequent communications).
• Follow the procedure and, if your order contains multiple products, select the item(s) for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
• Click the “Save and Continue” button to proceed to the final step.
• Confirm your withdrawal by clicking the “Complete” button.
• The withdrawal is considered exercised at the moment the declaration is submitted.
• You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

3. Prepare the Products for Return Shipment

• Unless the seller expressly waives this requirement in writing, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal declaration.
• The products must be returned intact.
• You may handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Otherwise, you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods.
• Ensure that the products you are returning are complete.
• Place the item(s) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
• If possible, include a copy of the sales document inside the package to facilitate processing of the return.

5. Refund

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received.
• However, the seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received, or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
• The seller reserves the right to verify the condition and compliance of the returned goods and, where applicable, to deduct from the refund any amount corresponding to a reduction in the value of the goods.
